Fundatia Alaturi de Voi (Close To You Foundation) is a non-governmental organization, founded in March 2002 by Holt International Children's Services , financed by USAID. ADV has taken over the staff and HIV programs conducted in Romania by Holt in 1992. The founding of Alaturi de Voi Foundation came in as response to the need of diversify, the existing services in HIV/AIDS. ADV has the national headquarter in Iasi and branches in Constanta and Targu Mures.
