ILVAS Vaslui was formed by taking over the assets of the former Enterprises of Milk Industrialization. It was built in 1971, transformed in 1991 into a joint stock company and since 2002 it was acquired by RACOVA Group Companies.
Main activity of the company is processing and marketing of milk and dairy products, being the largest milk processing factory in Vaslui County.
During 2003-2004, the company implemented a comprehensive project co-financed with SAPARD funds for modernization and retooling the production capacities, which were aligned to European standards. Currently, the factory's processing capacity is over 120 000 hl milk per year.

‣ Interactive Design
The company Ilvas Vaslui, member of the Racova Group, present online just on the webpage of the group of companies, wanted to communicate online individually and customized according to its field of activity.

In the campaign of sustaining and popularization of the entire VIO brand, Media Factory included and the online communication, making the interactive design for www.ilvas.ro. Media Factory made for this site a unique design at this time on this segment of market and an information management module which offers the possibility to upgrade and configure the entire site, the administrator having a real tool and an online resource able to bring him real benefits.

Media Factory built around an informational valuable content a website that will transmit the company values to its target audience. The chromatics keeps the treats imposed by the category of milk and the design is delicious and suggestive pointing out the important moments of the day, when the dairy products are preferred catching the special value that this products give to the main meals of the day.
‣ Communication campaign
Media Factory made and communicated the new product of VIO dairy range of Ilvas company, member of Racova Group Vaslui.

The campaign started during the last part of July 2009, the main purpose being the launching of this new product, and the second being the popularization of the brand and products of the company among Romanian families. The entire campaign "Delicious meals with Vio Dairy products three times a day" was developed by Media Factory, the branding & communication agency of Racova Group Companies. The development of this campaign was assigned in totality to Media Factory Agency: creation, design, ATL, BTL, PR and media.

The communication campaign had in its center 3 channels of information dissemination: online (the website www.ilvas.ro, online campaign of banners and advertorials), outdoor (at transit and bus shelters) and in the retail networks (supermarkets and hypermarkets – signaling the products on shelf, the first 50 thousands had a little cookery book as a gift, tasting sessions with cookies, local signaling with 3D models of approximately 7 feet).

The campaign was performed at the same time in 6 counties: Vaslui, Iasi, Galati, Braila, Bacau and Neamt both in the retail network and in the neighborhood shops. For this step of the campaign Media Factory analyzed the market and built the strategy on the online backgrounds, written press, outdoor and indoor, performed the creation for the elements included in the campaign: interactive banners, articles, news, press patterns, visually on trams, city lighting, bus shelters, rolling stocks, shelf wobblers, tasting stands, posters for shops, ways of signaling the retail network, mini cookery books, media buying and media planning.

Being represented by a segment of more special customers: mothers and children, the UHT milk is modern and it is produced through an ingenious method: the milk is exposed at a temperature of 130 degrees (on Celsius Scale) for a period of 2 to 4 seconds and then is it brought back to the room/ambient temperature in a very short time. This pasteurization at very high temperature destroys the harmful microorganisms, but it keeps the milk’s nutritive properties in proportion of over 90%.
