Media Factory participated at the qualitative research of E.ON ‘s target audience regarding their perception about the visual global communication of the new charging system which was going to be implemented and regarding the impact of visual and verbal identity of the campaign.

The conclusions of the research report showed that at that moment E.ON’s rules and the standard communication elements weren’t correctly used by the departments of communication, and the services and products of the company weren’t correctly perceived and understood by the target audience.

To diminish the communication issues revealed by this research performed together with the partners from IQ Media, the Media Factory campaign offered a package of consultancy regarding the use of tools and communication elements according to the brand strategy and identity book of E.ON. In addition, Media Factory defined the company concept and made the design for the communication materials for the campaign "6 Per Year Offers You More".

The objectives of this campaign were: the popularization and informing about the new E.ON charging system and the increase of its positive notoriety among the target audiences.

The campaign "6 Per Year Offers You More" was at the base of a new communication style, succeeding in the disruption of Electrica’s old company style, stressing the main elements of E-ON’s brand strategy: integrity, trust, courage and mutual respect.
