Brand Strategy

Future Group wanted a major change of the communication style used on the market and on the target groups, felling the need of an image refreshing and of a crescendo in the area of notoriety and corporate popularity and implicitly of the residential project, Green Park from Iasi.

The communication strategy, the concepts, the design and the PR elements for Future Group communication campaigns and the Green Park project were assigned to Media Factory for the period 2007-2009.

Media Factory brought a new approach in the Green Park brand communication system, a pragmatic one which highlights itself through bringing the target groups closer to the Green Park’s products and services. Thus, a strategy which implies the multilevel communication was adopted: outdoor (meshes, billboards, posters, trams); written press (press communication, advertorials, press patterns and press conferences); TV (commercials and a documentary of 6 episodes); mailing, internet (banner-up and blog) and specific events of the kind “Come to see how we are building”.

Through the new approach Media Factory succeeded in adding a plus of power and coherence to the messages transmitted to the target areas, highlighting the qualities of the Green Park products and services. Following the campaign, Future Group and Green Park achieved important pluses at the chapter notoriety and positive popularity among the target groups.

In the process of changing the strategic approach in the communication of the Green Park products and services in the market also entered the refreshment of the communication materials.

Media Factory developed new design concepts and created integrally the new commercial brochure and the Annual Report for Green Park. These materials were used to consolidate the technical and emotional information towards the final customer and towards the market.

The Future Group Company for real estate development had put its signature until now to big real estate projects worldwide. High buildings constructed by company are by now part of the towns' landscape in Israel, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Cyprus, USA, Bulgaria and Belarus. Only in the last two years, Future Group has launched investment worldwide amounted to 1.2 billion euros.

But the company has experience in Romania, too. Its investments have been noticed since 1991. Future Group began investing in impressive projects that formed in Bucharest and Sinaia. The company name is tied today of a number of important building projects, such as Sitraco Center (Bucharest), Sitraco Twins (Bucharest), Golden Tulip Hotel (Bucharest) and  Sinaia Hotel. In partnership with other companies or only with their own investment, Future Group is currently involved in several projects, most of them residential complexes.
